An Indiana man was arrested in the Town of Lodi Friday by Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies for an incident involving public lewdness.
The arrest comes after a 911 call from a Dollar General employee who stated that a male entered the store and subjected an unwilling employee to a photo of his genitals. The man was identified as 25-year-old Colin Brandenburg of Camby, Indiana. He was located in Hector and with the assistance of the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, taken into custody without incident.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
