A Fairport man faces a felony charge of Unlawful Surveillance in Ontario County after police say he took an upskirt photo of a woman who he followed in a store at the Eastview Mall.
Brian Witt is accused of using his mobile phone to take the picture.
An investigation into the 24-year-old’s actions is continuing as there may be more victims. Anyone who believes they were a victim is asked to contact the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
