A Seneca County man has been arrested after State Police say he stole more than a half-million dollars from his Geneva employer.
Nicholas Argetsinger is accused of redirecting more than $1.8 million of revenue from the unidentified employer into his personal bank account. The 60-year-old is accused of taking $544,000 during three years of employment.
Argetsinger, who is also known as Kirk Piersma of Phoenix, Arizona, was charged with three counts each of grand larceny and falsifying business records, all felonies, along with scheming to defraud.
He was scheduled to be arraigned in Geneva City Court Wednesday night.
