A Wayne County woman has two future court dates after police say she pulled the fire alarm at two different locations over the weekend.
The first incident happened just before 10 Saturday night at Julia Wirth’s Water Street apartment in Lyons when she allegedly pulled the fire alarm with the intent to have someone let her in her residence after she locked herself out. About five hours later, Wirth was again arrested for allegedly pulling the fire alarm at the vacant Wayne County Social Services building. In both instances, firefighters were dispatched to the scene.
The 51-year-old was charged with two counts of falsely reporting an incident and will answer the charges in Lyons Town Court.
