A Lyons man was sentenced this week in Wayne County Court to 25 years to life in prison.
David Evans was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison on each of the two convictions for predatory sexual assault of a child. The 34-year-old was also sentenced to 15 years in prison and five years of post-release supervision for attempted rape.
The Wayne County District Attorney’s Office said the sentences will run concurrently.
