The investigation into a possible child abuse complaint in Wayne County has resulted in the arrest of a Lyons man.
It is alleged that last September, Nicholas Rosario sent inappropriate text messages to a 15-year-old, including photos of a naked woman. The 29-year-old Rosario is also accused of inviting the teen over to his Route 31 home to engage in sexual conduct. Police were called prior to any sexual contact being made.
Rosario was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and disseminating indecent material to minors.
