A Seneca Falls man was arrested on Christmas Day following a reported harassment and stalking investigation.
The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department says officers arrested 22-year-old Levi Anhorn in connection with an ongoing harassment complaint. Police say the victim reported receiving numerous unwanted messages from Anhorn across several communication platforms. Authorities say Anhorn continued contacting the victim even after being told to stop by both the victim and law enforcement. Investigators also allege that Anhorn sent a package to the victim’s residence containing live bugs.
Anhorn was charged with one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree and one count of stalking in the fourth degree, both misdemeanors.
He was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
