Back in June, multiple search warrants were executed at locations in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, Monroe, and Oneida counties that were the result of a long-term investigation into the sale of drugs in the Finger Lakes. Investigators say they seized a significant amount of drugs and paraphernalia used in the packaging, manufacturing, and sale of drugs, along with five handguns, a rifle, and approximately $30,000 in cash.
On Wednesday, ten residents from Ontario, Seneca, and Wayne counties were arrested. The 11th person, who was identified as Sharif Parker, a former Newark resident, is currently being sought and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
The persons listed below were indicted by the Ontario County Grand Jury for numerous felony and misdemeanor offenses.
Joemaine Bogan AKA “Maino” (06/30/76) of Canandaigua was indicted for the following crimes:
Conspiracy in the 4th degree, a Class E Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a Class B Felony
Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree, a Class C Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, a Class D Felony (Two Counts)
Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, a Class A Misdemeanor (Two Counts)
Bogan was arraigned on 01/03/24 and remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
David Delvalle (12/17/95) of Geneva was indicted for the following crimes:
Conspiracy in the 4th degree, a Class C Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a Class B Felony (Three Counts)
Delvalle was arraigned on 01/03/24 and released to pre-trial services
Joseph McClam AKA “JoJo” (07/22/61) of Geneva was indicted for the following crimes:
Conspiracy in the 4th degree, a Class E Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a Class B Felony.

Tyson Moody (05/27/76) of Newark was indicted for the following crimes:
Conspiracy in the 4th degree, a Class E Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a Class B Felony
Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Aubrey Reed AKA “Boots” (07/05/78) of Geneva was indicted for the following crimes:

Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, a Class A Misdemeanor (Five Counts)
