One juvenile is facing charges in connection to a fatal overdose that occurred over a year ago in Ontario County.
According to the Geneva Police Department, the male suspect was arrested just before 12:45 Wednesday afternoon on a warrant issued from Ontario County Court. Police add the arrest stems from an overdose death that happened in January of 2023.
The juvenile was charged with one count each of Criminal Sale and Possession of a Controlled Substance as well as two counts of Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.
Following his arrest, the unnamed minor was released and ordered to wear an ankle monitor.
