The owner of pot shops closed this week, for alleged illegal activity, says he’s ready to go to war with New York State.
David Tulley, of “I’m Stuck” cannabis shops denies he sold cannabis to minors. Tully tells The Associated Press his shops only ever offered free samples and cannabis education, which he says they don’t need a license.
On Monday, “I’m Stuck” stores in Cayuga, Oswego and Wayne counties were closed by state officials. The shops are the first to be closed under a new state law.
A court hearing over the closures is set for today in Wayne County.
