Regional Transit Service (RTS) is holding a groundbreaking ceremony Friday, August 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. to celebrate the start of construction of its new facility in Seneca County.
The new facility is being built at 23 Thurber Drive adjacent to the Seneca County Office Building.
Site work for the project began last month.
