When Mallard was taken into custody, police say they found her to be in possession of a significant amount of crack cocaine that was packaged for sale. Mallard was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released on an appearance ticket. Bryd, who is on parole, was charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance and was being held at the Ontario County Jail. In addition to the Geneva Police Department, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and State Police helped the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office during the investigation.
