A Geneva man will spend the next 16 years behind bars.
Matthew Jackson was sentenced in Ontario County Court to ten years in prison after pleading guilty last November to a felony burglary charge that was tied to an incident that happened at a home in the area of Maxwell Avenue and Pleasant Street in the city.
The Finger Lakes Times reports Jackson received an additional six-year prison sentence for a felony assault conviction stemming from his assault of another inmate at the Ontario County Jail.
