A Geneva man has been arrested on a gang assault charge stemming from an incident that happened earlier this summer on Union Street.
The victim in the June 1st attack suffered significant head trauma but is expected to make a full recovery. 19-year-old Ahmelle Whitfield was released on an appearance ticket.
Police say all of the people involved in the alleged assault are known to each other and their investigation is ongoing.
