SENECA COUNTY SHERIFF’S NEWS RELEASE-
Narcotics Arrests
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on November 29th, 2023, members of the Narcotics Unit executed numerous search warrants regarding narcotics possession and sales in the local community. The search warrants were executed on the following locations, persons, and vehicles:
TK Tavern, 14 E. Main Street, Waterloo, NY
941 Waterloo-Geneva Road, lot 40, Waterloo, NY
Kaitlyn N. Tyrrell, age 28, of Liverpool, NY and her 2018 Volkswagen Passat. Tyrrell was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree.
Dawson A. Dressing, age 24, of Waterloo, NY and his 2018 Lincoln MKC. Dressing was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree.
Trejan M. Mills, age 26, of Waterloo, NY and his 2016 Ford Fusion. Mills was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree, one count of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the first degree.
Morgan E. Bellis, age 24, of Waterloo, NY. Bellis was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree, one count of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the first degree.
It is alleged that Tyrell, Dressing and Mills worked together to sell cocaine to undercover officers during the months of September-November. Furthermore, Mills and Bellis were found to be in possession of cocaine within their residence where a child under the age of two lived.
Pursuant to the search warrants, cocaine, United States Currency, digital scales, and packaging material were seized.
All four individuals were arraigned at CAP and released on their own recognizance. Child Protective Servies have been notified and are working with investigators.
