Four people face drug charges following the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Seneca Falls.

At approximately 4:30 a.m. on December 5, the Seneca Falls Police Department, Ontario County SWAT, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Investigation Division and the New York State Police Investigation Division executed a search warrant at 19 B Miller Street in Seneca Falls. During the operation, law enforcement reportedly seized a large amount of cocaine, meth, and a significant amount of money, drug paraphernalia, and other evidence related to the distribution of controlled substances.

As a result of the search, four people were arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (Class B Felony) and misdemeanor charges of criminal use of drug paraphernalia and unlawfully dealing with a child.

35-year-old Paul Stauriale, 36-year-old Aden Blevins, and 28-year-old Nicole Fuller, all of Seneca Falls, and 31-year-old Pablo Carrasquillo, of Lyons, were all taken into custody.

Additional charges are forthcoming as the investigation continues.

“This operation is a clear demonstration of the effective collaboration between local, county, and state law enforcement agencies,” said Timothy Snyder, Chief of the Seneca Falls Police Department. “Our continued efforts will focus on removing illegal drugs from our communities and holding offenders accountable.” I want the message to be loud and clear, “If you’re dealing drugs in Seneca Falls, we will put the time in to investigate and arrest you”.

The investigation is ongoing. Authorities are urging anyone with information related to the case or other criminal activity to contact the Seneca Falls Police Department at 315-568-4850.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
