Four more people are facing charges following an investigation into a burglary that occured at Filers Powersports back in 2023.
The burglary was classified a “smash and grab”, due to subjects utilizing a truck to drive into the side of the building, breaching the door, and then stealing the dirtbikes, worth over $50,000. This past March, Rochester man Dimetris Burgos was arrested in relation to the incident after his DNA was found at the scene.
Following the further investigation into the incident, four more indictments have been made. Devon Robinson, Jahsin Robinson, Genesis Cowley, and Bruce Frazier, all of Rochester, were arrested and arraigned in the Wayne County Court.
All four were charged with grand larceny, burglary, criminal mischief and conspiracy.
Police say additional arrests are pending.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
