Police have arrested a Florida man on second-degree sexual abuse charges following their investigation into an incident that happened in Victor last Fall.
It is alleged Boris Stark touched a 13-year-old inappropriately on November 19th at Eastview Mall. No other details of the alleged incident were released. The 60-year-old Bradenton, Florida man was also charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
After his arraignment, Stark was released on an appearance ticket.
