Waterloo Police and Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating a car-truck accident that occurred Sunday afternoon on Marshall Road near Route 96 in Fayette.
The driver of the car suffered head injuries. The truck driver was not injured.
Both vehicles were extensively damaged. North Seneca Ambulance and Waterloo firefighters assisted at the scene.
