A local man involved in a fatal stabbing that happened in Ontario County last summer has been indicted on a manslaughter charge.
Adam Record, who lived in Manchester, appeared at the Victor home of Jakob Chittenden at around 2:30 on the morning of August 5th and allegedly, without warning, attacked the 20-year-old as he got out of his car. A fight took place in the roadway, which left the 26-year-old Record dead from multiple stab wounds and Chittenden with a broken ankle.
Chittenden, who has pleaded not guilty, is being held at the Ontario County Jail on bond.
