A several-month-long investigation into drug trafficking in the Canandaigua area led to the recovery of drugs and illegal weapons with numerous fully loaded high-capacity magazines from a residence in the town of Hopewell.
Canandaigua Police arrested 39-year-old Kathleen Ayers on a charge of criminal sale of a controlled substance. Additional charges are pending.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Canandaigua Police in its investigation.
