Driver Airlifted After Rollover Accident in Canandaigua

Driver Airlifted After Rollover Accident in Canandaigua

It took Canandaigua firefighters approximately 25 minutes to free a person from their car that had rolled over in the area of County Road 28 and Risser Road late Friday morning.

Emergency crews discovered an SUV well off the road on its side in the trees at around 11:30 a.m.  One person was found inside and firefighters immediately went to work on stabilizing the vehicle and removing them.

The patient was airlifted to Strong by Mercy Flight for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
