Domestic Incident Involving Knife Leads to Two Arrests

An investigation into a domestic incident with a knife in Waterloo last month has led to the arrest of two people.

According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, 23-year old Taylor Bonney and 27-year old Brendan Seager got into a heated argument on the 31st at their residence. Bonney is then alleged to have picked up a knife and attacked Seager, causing physical injury.

Seager was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for his injuries and later released.

Bonney was charged with assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child and released to return to court at a later date. Seager was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and given an appearance ticket.

Sheriff’s Investigators are working closely with Seneca County Child Protective Services.
