A woman suffered serious injuries Tuesday night when the van she was a passenger in collided with a tanker truck in Ontario County.
The crash happened just before 7 o’clock at the intersection of County Road 5 and Lake-to-Lake Road in the town of Seneca. State Police said the injuries suffered by the 57-year-old woman were non-life-threatening and she was being treated at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Both drivers suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
