A child was removed from a home in Seneca Falls after police determined the living conditions posed an immediate risk to their welfare.
Acting upon a request from Child Protective Services, Seneca Falls Police say they found drug paraphernalia, knives, and broken glass inside the home and all within the child’s reach. 42-year-old Jason Hopf was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
An order of protection has been sought on behalf of the child, who has been turned over to a family member at another residence.
