A supervised visit with her child resulted in one Ontario County mother being arrested on felony charges.
Felicia Bedford was arrested at the Ontario County Complex after she allegedly acted improperly. When deputies attempted to arrest her for endangering the welfare of a child, she allegedly headbutted one deputy in the face and attempted to kick others while she refused to be handcuffed.
The 33-year-old Canandaigua woman was charged with attempted assault and aggravated family offense, all felonies, along with several misdemeanors. Bedford was sent to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
The deputy who was struck was treated at Thompson Hospital for his injuries and released.
