Jerimiah Harley and a 21-year-old co-defendant were sentenced after both pleaded guilty on Tuesday to the 2022 murder in Orangeburg County. Two other suspects, a 22-year-old from Illinois and 21-year-old Seth Phillips of Farmington have yet to be tried in the case.
The men were all charged after being involved in a drive-by shooting that killed Winston Hunter inside his home.
