A Canandaigua man arrested three times last month on public lewdness charges is facing a new charge in Ontario County.
Paul Goodrell was charged on Thursday with burglary as a sexually motivated felony after he allegedly went into the Walmart in Victor on December 6th for what police say was an attempt to commit a crime for his sexual gratification. Three years ago, Goodrell was banned from all Walmart stores. On December 6th, the 54-year-old was spotted on surveillance footage following a family with young girls throughout the store and at no attempt was engaged in shopping.
Goodrell was arrested in December for three separate incidents where he allegedly exposed himself to young children in several stores.
He remains jailed following arraignment on his most recent charge.
