Mary Rosenberger was born and raised at Freedom Village USA. She left the Yates County ministry and home to troubled kids when she was 24 years old.
Rosenberger has written a book about her life at Freedom Village and will read from the book and hold a question and answer session Friday afternoon at the Ferris Hills retirement community in Canandaigua starting at 3p.m.
Freedom Village closed in 2019 millions of dollars in debt and bankrupt.
