Auburn Sex Offender Accused of Exposing Himself in Seneca Falls

An Auburn man, who is a Level Three sex offender, is facing charges in Seneca County following an incident that happened at the Seneca Falls Community Center.

30-year-old Charles Williams is accused of entering the Community Center vestibule on August 1st and exposing his genitals within view of other people. Willams left the Center before police arrived and was arrested six days later when he came back to the Community Center.

Police say Williams made no contact with anyone inside the Center on both occasions. He was charged with public lewdness.  According to Seneca Falls Police, Williams has a loose connection to the area but otherwise is not a resident of the Town of Seneca Falls. He was transported back to the City of Auburn after been released following his arraignment.

Williams admitted having sex with an underage girl in Cayuga County in 2017.
