A Lyons man has been arrested on a felony charge following a two-month investigation into drug sales at his Canal Street home.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office along with a SWAT Team from the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at the residence owned by Albert Webber early Thursday morning and arrested the 69-year-old on a felony criminal nuisance charge.
Deputies launched an investigation after receiving multiple complaints about suspicious activity at the home that included numerous people frequently coming and going.
Webber was released on an appearance ticket as the investigation into the alleged drug sales continues
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
