One day, visitors to Seneca County getting off the Thruway will not have far to go to find out more about the region’s attractions.
Seneca County and the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement calling for the Chamber to construct and operate a Visitors Center when it builds its new office building in Tyre. The county will provide $50,000 a year for 10 years to support and sustain the Visitors Center.
The chamber is looking to build a new office building on property next to the new Dunkin Donuts.
