Three juveniles are facing charges after intentionally crashing two vehicles into each other.
According to State Police, a trooper observed two Kia Souls striking each other on State Route 96 in Manchester around 11:30 Tuesday morning. The Kias failed to stop when the officer activated their lights and sirens.
After one vehicle became disabled on the roadway and the other after driving into a field, the suspects fled on foot but were later caught.
All three were charged with felony counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Criminal Mischief. One of the trio was also charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration.
Each was issued an appearance ticket for Ontario County Family Court.
