Local Drop-off Locations for Saturday’s RX Takeback Day

A number of local Sheriff’s Offices will take part in the DEA’s national drug takeback event on Saturday. It is a day designed for residents to safely dispose of any unused or expired prescription medications in their homes. Drop-off locations for Saturday are as follows:

Ontario County

  • Victor Village Hall Parking Lot 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Cayuga County:

  • Terry’s Food Mart, 11314 South Street, Cato, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Wegmans, 1 Loop Road, Auburn, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Seneca County:

  • Kinney Drugs, 2085 Routes 5 & 20, Seneca Falls, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Walgreens, 1929 Routes 5 and 20, Seneca Falls, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Kinney Drugs, 7115 North Main Street, Ovid, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Yates County:

  • Yates County Courthouse, Penn Yan, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Steuben County:

  • Public Safety Building, 2007 Rumsey Street, Bath, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
