Last Sunday, DEC Forest Ranger Lt. Kennedy and Rangers Dormer, Raffaldi-Smith, Richer, and Robitaille performed snowmobile safety checks at Connecticut Hill wildlife management areas and trails near Hemlock-Canadice State Forest.
Rangers checked 53 snowmobilers on the three properties and issued two tickets for unregistered snowmobiles.
