Unity House is welcoming three new individuals to its board of directors.
The nonprofit announced that Catherine Diviney, Jeffrey Eaton, and Timothy Pacholyk all joined its board in January.

Diviney, a partner in the health law department of Hancock Estabrook, LLP in Syracuse, earned her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from St John’s University School of Law and is a member of several bar associations. She is also a board member for Hospice of CNY and the Finger Lakes and the Health Foundation of Western and Central New York.
“Unity House is an excellent organization that provides essential services to our community. I look forward to working with fellow board members and the Unity House executive team to help ensure continued access to and enhancement of services to our community.”

Eaton practices municipal, corporate, and real estate law with Costello Cooney & Fearon of Syracuse. He holds bar memberships in New York, California, and Illinois, and received his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
“I joined the board because I am committed to furthering the charitable mission of Unity House, an entity that does great work for the local community where I grew up.”

Pacholyk is a wellness coach, public speaker, and published author. He is the owner of Pro-Renovation Services in Auburn, and his first book, “learning How to Drive Your Own Bus,” was published in 2023. He holds an AAS in broadcast journalism from Cayuga Community College, along with several trade school certifications.
“I want to shine a light on mental illness and recovery services. I can help tear down barriers and extend a helping hand to people in the throes of addiction.”
