Tour Cayuga is making it easier to find things to do and places to explore around Cayuga County.
The office has partnered with Wander Maps to create a 3D interactive map for the county showcasing attractions and local businesses such as historical sites and shops on the Sweet Treat Trail. Users can select from a variety of categories and interests to tailor their trip for them.
“We are excited to enhance the user experience on our website, as well as gather new data to help us better serve the visitors and residents alike in Cayuga County,” said Claire Dunlap, Director of Marketing & Sales.
Also, just in time for the eclipse, Tour Cayuga has launched a Total Eclipse Map to help tourists and locals alike find programming related to the rare event.
The digital map can be accessed either on the Tour Cayuga’s website or through the Wander app.
Wander Maps, from Salt Lake City, Utah, specializes in creating interactive maps for tourism organizations.
