While legislators negotiate a state budget for the upcoming fiscal year, residents of New York’s 48th State Senate District will have a chance next week to share their thoughts on what’s important to them
State Senator Rachel May will hold her annual budget town halls next week. The first will take place from 6:00-7:30p on Wednesday at Cayuga Community College’s Student Lounge. The second will take place the next day from 6:00-7:30p at Syracuse Community Connections.
The state has until April 1 to pass its Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget.
