Report: Head on Crash Near Montezuma Refuge

Fire and rescue crews were called to the scene of a head-on crash involving two vehicles at around three Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Route 90 and Clark Street Road (5&20) near the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge.

It appeared from the scene that both vehicles sustained front-end damage and a stoplight was damaged as a result of the crash.

First responders were on scene directing traffic.

There is no official word from State Police yet on any injuries.
