    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

    Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

A Cayuga County native is now the top aide to one local Congressman.

Taylor Weyeneth has been promoted by Congressman Brandon Williams to serve as his Chief of Staff. Weyeneth was previously the deputy chief of staff and communications director for Williams.

The 2012 Skaneateles grad grew up in Niles and is a 2016 graduate of St. John’s University.
