A Rochester man has pled guilty to two counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm in Cayuga County Court.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, the charges against Antione Clark stem from him firing a pistol during a dispute outside Lavish Lounge in Auburn on June 26, 2022, hitting employee, 24-year-old Ciara Kukiela, multiple times in the crossfire and causing serious injury.
When Clark was apprehended in July of that year, police recovered another handgun.
He pled guilty to knowing possessing both the gun used at Lavish Lounge and the one found on him the following month.
He faces a determinate term of 15 years in prison followed by 5 years post-release supervision when sentenced in August.
Zachariah McKoy of Geneva was also arrested in connection with the shooting and charges against him are pending.
