Former Cayuga County Legislator 87-year old Gerard Francis Secaur (Jerry) died Friday.
Secaur retired as a Sergeant at Auburn Correctional Facility after 31 years of service. After his retirement, he served as a Cayuga County Legislator. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Ancient Order of Hibernians.
Secaur was a life-long Auburn resident.
