An Elmira man has pled guilty to two felonies for his role in a November burglary in Cayuga County.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, on November 28, 2022, 23-year-old Michael Latour entered a Conquest home and displayed what appeared to be a firearm to the victims while attempting to rob the place.
He faces ten years imprisonment followed by five years post-release supervision for the counts of Burglary and Armed Violent Felony.
Two co-defendants, 28-year-old Johnathan Wellington and 32-year-old Kyler Love, both of Auburn, pled guilty in May to Hindering Prosecution for providing criminal assistance to Latour following the burglary.
They face 16 months to 4 years imprisonment for their actions.
