An Auburn man, who is a registered Level Two sex offender, will spend the next 15 years in prison after pleading guilty in Cayuga County Court to a charge of course of sexual conduct against a child.
William Roth also pled guilty to failure to register as a sex offender and possession of a sexual performance of a child less than 16. The 52-year-old will receive concurrent sentences of 1-3 years on each of those counts when sentenced in August.
Roth spent two months in jail and three years on probation after being convicted in 1994 of sexually abusing a six-year-old girl.
