Two Cayuga Community College students have received scholarships this month from the New York State Sheriff’s Association.

Every spring semester, one student from the school’s Auburn campus and one from the Fulton campus receive the award.

This year’s recipients are Lorenzo McIntyre from the Auburn campus and Jaden Harrington from the Fulton Campus. Harrington hopes to work in forensic psychology for the FBI while McIntyre is seeking to serve his community with such careers as an attorney or a police officer.

The scholarships are awarded to students for their academic success and pursuit of a law enforcement related career.
