An interim superintendent has been chosen to lead one Cayuga County school district after the first of the year.
Michael Hoose was selected by the Cato-Meridan Board of Education to replace Dr. Terry Ward, who will step down from the job on January 4th. The current plan is for Hoose to stay on for six months.
Hoose is the former Superintendent of the Cortland City School District and has also served as interim Director of Facilities for Waterloo School.
