An Auburn man has pled guilty to attacking another person with a knife.
According to the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office, 31-year-old Kenneth Byrd pled guilty to felony assault before Judge Jon Budelmann. Back in July, Byrd slashed at his victim, causing multiple wounds to his abdomen and legs.
When sentenced in October, he faces up to three and a half years in prison followed by three years of post-release supervision.
