Auburn Holiday Parade Returns for 2023 with New Time

SHARE NOW

Auburn’s holiday parade returns next month to the city’s downtown but this year it will start earlier. Jesse Kline with the Auburn BID told Finger Lakes News Radio the decision was a matter of safety.

“The city requested that we bump up the time to allow people to be able to better see on the lineup,” said Kline.

Kline added that, when the parade begins, it will be sufficiently dark enough to properly view the floats’ lights as well as the tree lighting ceremony taking place at city hall following the parade.

The 36th annual holiday parade starts at 5:00p on November 25.

The BID is looking for groups to make floats for the event. More information can be found below.
