The City of Auburn is making it easier for people to pay to park in its downtown.
Speaking on FLX Morning, City Clerk Chuck Mason announced that the city, in conjunction with Pango, has launched two new ways for people to pay in the parking garage or spaces on the street that don’t require downloading the Pango app.
Pango Scan allows people to scan a QR code and pay without downloading the app, something that visitors to the city may find attractive.
Additionally, those without smartphones can utilize Call to Park; by calling 1-877-697-2646, a live Pango representative will walk people through how to pay for parking.
