A state appellate court has upheld the 2022 conviction of an Auburn woman who sexually assaulted a five-year-old boy.  The Appellate Division, Fourth Department, affirmed the conviction and sentence of Kristina Page.

On April 7, 2022, Page pleaded guilty to Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree before the Cayuga County Court. She admitted to the Court that she orally sexually assaulted a five-year-old boy in the City of Auburn on May 21, 2021. On June 16, 2022, the Court sentenced Page to a determinate prison term of eight years to be followed by 10 years’ post-release supervision.

Page is currently housed at Taconic Correctional Facility.

Chief Assistant District Attorney Christopher T. Valdina defended Page’s conviction on behalf of the People of the State of New York.
